I'm mildly obsessed with City weddings. There is something about strolling around casually, surrounded by people living their everyday lives while you're living out one of the biggest days of yours. Also, strutting across the streets while strangers shout "Congratulations" and "You look amazing!" really gives that Main Character energy which everybody needs on their wedding day.
This was another intimate wedding which I always feel so honoured to be a part of. Emma and Adam met at their favourite pub with nobody else around, so relaxed and so wonderful. These two work so hard and have been together a long time, their love and respect for each other was evident from the moment Emma got out of the car and Adam was totally taken back by how beautiful Emma looked.
We made our way to Chelsea Town Hall stopping at a few key (and iconic) locations in Chelsea that had meaning to the couple. The Phene and the Bridge being our key photo opportunities. The sun was absolutely incredible and the couple glowed as we captured those cool editorial style shots.
After the ceremony the whole family made the short walk to the incredible hidden gem that is Stanley's. With the rooftop terrace vibes, surrounded by beautiful flowers and lemons, it was a beautiful homage to the fact they will be celebrating their "big" wedding in Italy soon after.
An effortlessly stylish and joy-filled day.
